Angela Fischer is currently working as a violinist in several ensembles spanning both classical and progressive genres. Her distinctive sound is a perfect counterpart to Rolf Lonz’s intriguing guitar playing. Since 2001 the two musicians have brought various productions to life. Initially their duo „Fandango“ thrilled its listeners with exceptional crossover programs.This was followed by the trio „Compàs“ where they, along with Cid de Freitas on drums and percussion, entertained audiences with exuberant, exciting performances.
Rolf Lonz is well versed in the work of a guitarist, composer, lyricist, arranger and studio musician. As head of the Art-Rock Band EPIDERMIS he published the albums „June 1975“, „Genius of Original Force“, „Musterburger“ and „Feel Me“, all of which are widely considered classics, especially in foreign musical circles. Never having lost his roots in Rock, Rolf Lonz continues to strive against the tide and stopovers in Jazz, such as the acoustic Jazz trio „Air + String“ bear witness to his versatility.
